I know what it takes to wear the uniform and serve the United States. I know what it's like to choose between building your career and starting a family – all because there's no easy access to affordable child care. And I know what it is to start a small business from scratch.

But I also know that these challenges aren't uniquely mine. These are challenges shared by people and families across Pennsylvania and across America. They're the challenges that inspired me to run for Congress four years ago. And the Pennsylvanians that face these challenges every day are the reason I won't ever stop working to make a difference for you and your family.

But the GOP? It's clear that they have one goal and one goal only: Hold onto power so they can protect the status quo agenda – an agenda that harms working families across the country. And they've put a bullseye on my seat and indeed on all of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Democratically held seats to flip them – and the House – red.

My team set a goal to raise $7,000 by the end of the month to make sure we can win reelection and continue our work serving Pennsylvania.
