Learn how mindfulness can provide wellbeing, efficiency and build the foundation for successful remote working. Back by scientific research, mindfulness and breathing techniques can provide a healthy work-life balance, and improve focus and concentration in your day to day activities. During this presentation, Kara will provide tips, resources, and exercises for you to experience the benefits of mindfulness firsthand, and provide you with the tools to incorporate this into your self-care while working from home.
 
Join the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for our Small Business Roundtable on May 26 from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. as we welcome Kara Simon, Owner of Loving Heart Holistic Wellness.

Kara has been practicing holistic wellness ever since she fell in love with yoga in 2014. She is a certified yoga instructor and seizes any opportunity she can to share the benefits and joy it has brought her. After searching to increase her mindfulness and improve her wellness, Kara found Reiki. Reiki is the art of channeling energy into the patient via touch. She found Reiki to be extremely beneficial for the mind, body, and spirit. Loving Heart Holistic Wellness currently practices mindfulness and wellness sessions, personalized yoga, and other healing services.
