As a Chef Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school kitchen and will provide general supervision of the preparation, cooking and serving of school meals.

* Experience in preparing and cooking for large groups and effectively managing a kitchen team

* Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety law, Health and Safety regulations and their application in the kitchen
