On a grassroots campaign like ours, it’s crucial that we raise enough small-dollar donations each and every month in order to hit our fundraising goals. Hitting these goals guarantees that we’ll be able to expand our organizing efforts, win in 2022, and keep up the fight for policies that match the crises we face.
In just a few days, we are up against our important April fundraising deadline, but we’re still coming up short of our target right now. So we’ve done the math — if 2,300 people make their first donation of $5 today, we'll close the gap in our fundraising today.
Our campaign is 100% people-funded — Alexandria doesn’t accept money from corporate PACs or lobbyists, and she doesn’t spend her time calling wealthy donors to help hit our goals. Nearly all of our campaign’s fundraising comes from contributions from online ads and emails just like this one.
