Just last year, we organized to vote out the most dangerous president in American history, elected even more progressives to Congress, and celebrated Pramila becoming sole Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus — all clear signs of the strength of our movement.
And even if you just joined us a few months or days ago, you're already playing a crucial role in the organizing work for the College for All Act, a wealth tax, and Medicare for All.
This kind of work doesn't happen without your support and here's the thing: we have so much more to do moving forward. That's why, today, we're launching our first monthly goal of this quarter: 3,500 grassroots contributions by midnight on Friday.
Why are we trying to reach 3,500 individual contributions instead of a dollar amount?
Pramila doesn't take a dime of corporate PAC money because she believes in the power of the grassroots to enact bold and transformative change. By focusing on the number of donations that come in the door this month, we're showing everyone how much momentum there is behind our progressive priorities. Every person chipping in is a sign of our strength.
