Nearly four months after the deadly insurrection in the Capitol, we're still struggling to overcome the damage brought on by political division, hatred, and the rise of far-right extremism. And none of this seems to be letting up anytime soon, despite our best efforts.

Joe Biden will be the first president in history to deliver his address with a woman VP in Kamala Harris, because in such a challenging year, you and millions of Americans believed in doing the “impossible” and breaking a new glass ceiling for equal representation.
