Hi -- Although our nation still has many challenges ahead, the new Democratic-led Congress has started to get things done. More and more people are getting the COVID vaccine, the American Rescue Plan has been signed into law by President Biden and we're starting to see change all over the country.

As Chair of the Senate Rules Committee, Amy recently led a hearing on the For the People Act, the bill that will strengthen our democracy, and she's working to get it to the Senate floor. In her role as Chair of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Competition Policy, Antitrust and Consumer Rights, she's fighting for consumers and against anticompetitive behavior by monopolies.

She’s also working with her colleagues in the Senate to take much-needed action on police reform by advancing the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. And there's a lot more coming on issues from climate change to health care to immigration and more.
