We have a problem...

Right now, Tallahassee Republicans are rapidly advancing a bill that directly threatens your voting rights. If passed, Senate Bill 90 will make it illegal to provide food or water to voters waiting in line, severely limit access to safe and secure ballot drop boxes, and create additional barriers for senior and disabled voters.

This legislation is based on the pretense of "voter fraud" and "election irregularities." 

The same false claims made by National Republicans.

Let's be clear, Senate Bill 90 isn't about securing elections -- it's about disenfranchising vulnerable populations and feeding nonsensical conspiracy theories. 

The Governor said it himself.

"Last November, Florida held the smoothest, most successful election of any state in the country..."

Tallahassee Republicans understand there is no evidence of voter fraud, yet they cynically attack democracy for political gain. 

When I joined the Navy, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Today, when this bill is on the House Floor, I will uphold my commitment to the Constitution.
