I wanted to reach out and introduce myself. My name is Haley, and I’m the new Deputy Finance Director for Governor Walz’s campaign. I’ve spent the past few years working with our DFL leaders in the state House, and I couldn’t be more excited to join this team to fight for our shared values statewide.

Right-wing extremists are already coming out of the woodwork to challenge Governor Walz. Two have already announced campaigns, including notorious COVID-19 misinformation peddler Scott Jensen, and others like Trump-backed pillow and conspiracy theory salesman Mike Lindell are just waiting for their chance.

Governor Walz has worked 24-7 with his administration and health care heroes across the state to bring us through this pandemic. Just this week, Minnesota passed 4 million vaccine doses administered.

We’ve come WAY too far to go back to Donald Trump’s brand of fact-free politics of fear and division now. We have to keep our budget on track so we can have Governor Walz’s back.

I just checked our end-of-month fundraising numbers, and as of 8:30 am this morning, we still have $18,932 left to raise before our end-of-month goal on Friday.
