It’s time for elected officials to stop fanning the flames of division...

In case you didn’t hear, Congresswoman Maxine Waters recently told an already-charged crowd in Minnesota to “get more confrontational” if the outcome of a trial didn’t go the way they wanted it to.

The judge in the case even cited her words as potential grounds to overturn the entire trial on appeal.

Elected leaders like Rep. Waters need to be held accountable.

RESTORE LAW AND ORDER

Rep. Waters’ comments could have resulted in more violence. America deserves better from its elected leaders than calls to get “confrontational,” potentially leading to more injuries and destruction in our cities and communities.
