WJC condemns decision by Sweden's Center Party to progress ban on non-medical circumcision

Jewish MP who criticized Corbyn faces Labour no confidence motion on Yom Kippur
Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl responded to the motion, telling the newspaper: “That a Jewish MP should be threatened with a vote of no confidence tabled for Yom Kippur – the holiest day in the Jewish calendar when she has no opportunity even to respond – ought to be a source of deep shame for the Labour Party.”

Argentina Holocaust museum takes custody of secret stash of Nazi artifacts
The museum’s president, Marcelo Mindlin, said Wednesday that the items encouraged “hate, death and destruction.” He said they will become part of an exhibit “in the service of transmitting democratic values, education and the fight for memory so tragedies like the Holocaust are not repeated.”
