Hi, I have some not-so-great news for you.

Donations have significantly slowed down this month, and we’re only 56% of the way to our fundraising goal with just a few days left. If we don’t see a surge in online grassroots donations in the next day or so, we will most likely miss our April goal.

Look, I’m not telling you this to scare you into donating and I’m not going to pretend the sky is falling — it’s not. Sometimes these things just happen and it’s okay, but I’d like to know we did all we could to get to our goal.

The way I see it, we have two options here:

1. Either we need more folks to chip in before Friday’s deadline;
2. Or, we need folks to donate just a little bit more than usual.
