Thank you. Thank you. Just thank you! Yesterday, my team told me that not only did we meet our end-of-quarter fundraising goal, we soared leaps and bounds past it.
It means the world to me to know that I have such a strong grassroots team by my side. Whether it’s donating 5 bucks to keep me on the campaign trail or having my back as I fight off the Trump administration's dangerous policies, I always know I can count on you.
But we can’t let our guard down just yet.
As impeachment proceedings continue, you can bet Republicans are going to do whatever it takes to hold onto their seats. The GOP can rely on wealthy special interests to fund their campaigns while their cruel agenda continues to divide Americans. Our fight is only going to get harder from here.
But I’m confident if we can continue the energy we saw last quarter, we’ll be able to defeat the GOP and elect progressive Democrats up and down the ballot next year.
I’ll be doing everything I can to ensure victory, but I need you by my side in this fight.
As the only woman of color in Congressional leadership (in both chambers), I know how important it is to bring a wave of bold, progressive politicians ready to make lasting change in our communities. Together, we can do just that.
