Frank knows the American Rescue Plan will help rebuild an economy that works for all of us while supporting strategies to get us past this health pandemic. This law also importantly improves the child tax credit that uplifts millions of parents with young families out of poverty.

Individuals and families are also receiving stimulus checks to help alleviate financial concerns, along with extended benefits for those in the hardest hit employment sectors.
