Dear John,
A new Fraser Institute study out today compares average income in Ontario (measured as Gross Domestic Product per person) to that of the eight American states in the Great Lakes region and its neighbouring province of Quebec.
Its findings? The average income continues to be lower in Ontario by $16,607 compared to its regional American neighbours. (In fact, the only region Ontario is ahead of is Quebec.)
And the situation is getting worse. Find out more in the study here, and be sure to share this news on social media!
Stay safe,
