The American Jobs Plan is the investment we need to rebuild America. It will help revitalize our infrastructure, create jobs, invest in a green economy, and repair our economy after this devastating pandemic.

It represents progress. And that’s why Mitch McConnell is hell bent on stopping it.

With every popular bill that Democrats pass, McConnell’s path back to power becomes harder and harder. And what does McConnell have to say exactly? “It won’t build back better. It’ll build back never. ” His vision for America is as bleak as his statement:

Modernizing roads and bridges? Never.

Expanding access to broadband? Never.

Building energy-efficient, affordable homes? Never.

Investing in public transit? Never.

After decades of neglect made worse by the pandemic, now is the time to invest in our country and kickstart our economy with the first major jobs and infrastructure plan of the 21st Century. We must go big and go bold.

Democrats are planning for America’s future. Republicans, when they’re not fighting over fealty to Donald Trump, have made it clear their top priority is getting in the way.

We can’t lose our Democratic majorities and allow Republicans to reverse our progress. We’ve come too far and fought too hard to give up now. But we need your help to build up our resources for the long road ahead.
