Municipal elections may generate less buzz than state and federal races, but their impact on the life of constituents is more direct. Ahead of this Saturday's general elections in cities across Texas, we're sharing the money in key contests in two more cities:
* In Lubbock, Proposition A would outlaw abortion and make the city a "sanctuary for the unborn." These are the PACs involved in this hot-button race ([link removed]) .
