While optimism certainly exists due to great strides New Hampshire has made with the pandemic...even before COVID-19, the Queen City suffered. Quality-of-life issues became much more severe under Craig's watch, from an exploding homeless crisis, to the panhandling, to the graffiti. Businesses saw fewer customers. You've seen the deterioration with your own eyes, whether you live in the city, or work here, or visit.
