PLOT supports the next generation of leaders by providing in-depth training, professional development, and personalized check-ins and coaching. Women Winning also helps participants make connections to pro-choice women candidates running for office in Minnesota, and those campaigns actively help participants develop skills and gain experience throughout the summer. Women Winning is committed to investing in the education of pro-choice women political leaders, and we offer a financial stipend to program participants.
