With just a few days until Election Day in Texas, there’s no better time to make sure good candidates have the support they need to win. That’s why I’m endorsing these six champions for the people:

• Robert Treviño – San Antonio City Council, District 1
• Ana Sandoval – San Antonio City Council, District 7
• Irma Iris Duran de Rodriguez - Northside Independent School District, District 5
• Rafa Diaz – Judson Independent School District, District 7
• Hosanna Yemiru – Dallas City Council, District 11

The past year has made clear how important it is to have local lawmakers in office who will fight for hardworking families trying to get by — and these six candidates will do just that.
