We beat Arizona Republicans in the Presidential race last year; now we're facing them in the courthouse.

Friend, last year we beat Arizona Republicans, flipping the state BLUE in a Presidential year for the first time since 1996, and won a second U.S. Senate seat that helped Democrats win a Senate Majority.
But now, Arizona Senate Republicans are retaliating by trying to push through a bogus election audit of the 2020 Maricopa County election results.
Their effort to undermine our democracy is being fueled by
shady Trump-connected firms and funders. Going forward with this election audit will have serious consequences -- emboldening the conspiracy theorists that are eager to tear down our democratic institutions.
That is why last Thursday, the Arizona Democratic Party filed an emergency restraining order to put an immediate HALT to this shame of election’s audit.
We beat Arizona Republicans in the field last year, now we must defeat them in the courthouse.
