Pav Abraham

Pavitra Abraham comes to Arena with eight years of experience organizing and managing teams. From Iowa to Pennsylvania, Pavitra has worked on campaigns across the country. She currently serves as the National Organizing Director at the DCCC. When she’s not campaigning, Pavitra enjoys all things Bravo, Michigan, and One Direction.

Kirsten Allen

Kirsten Allen is a seasoned communication professional and campaign operative who has advised and directed strategy for elected officials, campaigns, and candidates at the federal, state, and local levels. She currently serves as the National Press Secretary for Coronavirus Response at the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services. Kirsten has served in senior communications roles for elected officials, committees, and campaigns across the nation, including then-Senator Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign, the DCCC, and Mayor Andrew Gillum’s gubernatorial race. Originally from Alameda, California, Kirsten is a proud graduate of Howard University and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Gisel Aceves

Gisel Aceves is the outgoing Executive Director for CHC BOLD PAC. A California native, Aceves began her political career a decade ago working on campaigns in Southern California. Her on-the-ground experience spans U.S. House and Senate races, where she has served in multiple senior capacities. In the 2018 cycle, Aceves was tapped by EMILY's List and later the DSCC to advise campaigns. There she helped lay the groundwork to take back the House and protect hard-fought statewide races across the country.

Mickey Suber

Mickey Suber has worked to advance the rights of the marginalized and help those in need get the resources they can. He joined Arena in 2021 after being the Call Time Manager and Victory Fund Coordinator for the Jaime Harrison 2020 Senate Campaign. On that campaign, he helped raise record-breaking campaign contributions and helped many to believe they too can take part in the political process. Before that, Mickey worked at the South Carolina Department of Health and in Field and Operations roles during previous campaign cycles. Mickey is a South Carolina native and a graduate of Valparaiso University.
