Help defeat irresponsible gun legislation

The Louisiana Legislature is considering legislation to do away with concealed carry permits. SB 118 would allow individuals to carry concealed weapons without going through proper safety training first. As Governor Edwards said, requiring permits for concealed carry is "the right balance to strike" between personal freedom and public safety.

Add your name to the list of Louisianans calling for the defeat of SB 118. Contact your legislators and tell them to vote no on SB 118.

The legislature could vote on SB 118 as early as today, so it's crucial that you contact your legislators as soon as possible to tell them to defeat this harmful bill.
