Judicial Watch Fights Hard Left “Critical Race
Theory”
Not long ago, Critical Race
Theory was the territory of far-left academics pushing the boundaries of
Marxism and nihilistic counterparts such as radical feminism and
post-structuralism. All the philosophies to one degree or another advanced

federal agency to reject the sale for what appears to be political
reasons.

Schiff’s Secret Subpoenas

public access to examine government records after it received no response
to our December 6, 2019, records request for subpoenas and related
records. As our legal team put it in our lawsuit, “The records
are of critical public importance as the subpoenas were issued without any
lawful basis and violated the rights of numerous private citizens.”
