The election analysts at the Cook Political Report just released the latest competitiveness ratings for every House district in the nation -- and VA-02 is now rated as an R+1 district.

National Republicans have already launched dark money attacks against Elaine, and they’re going to invest even more now that it’s been confirmed that she’s one of the most vulnerable swing-district Democrats in the entire nation.
