The past four years were difficult for our country, to say the least. Under Trump’s failed leadership, racism and hatred flourished, our democratic institutions were weakened, and the COVID-19 pandemic killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.

But we came together and defeated Donald Trump — and his blank-check Senate majority — at the ballot box. Because of our efforts, we were able to pass the American Rescue Plan, disburse vaccine doses to over half of American adults, and take meaningful steps toward rebuilding our economy, reforming our criminal justice system, protecting our environment, and more.

We have the opportunity to create even more progress over the next few years. In order to do that, we need to make sure Martin can stay 100% focused on doing his job in Congress — not worrying about our fundraising goals.
