As the People’s Attorney, my goal is simple: stand up for Washingtonians and hold powerful interests accountable.

From holding the multinational consulting firm McKinsey accountable for its role in fueling the opioid epidemic; to taking on companies that tricked thousands of seniors out of their retirement savings; to standing up for pregnant workers who are mistreated by their employers — and that was just the last three months!

Since December, I have been prohibited from raising a single dollar while the legislature was in session. Now that the legislative session freeze is over, I need your support to keep up this fight. Will you chip in $20 so we hit our ambitious $13,000 goal by our first reporting deadline of 2021?

Here’s an idea of what we’re up against — the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) has spent millions of dollars against me in negative ads. RAGA takes every opportunity to attack me.

However, what concerns me most is their record of inciting violence. RAGA helped organize the insurrection on January 6, which led to the death of five individuals in our nation’s capital. There’s no way around it: their complicity endangered American lives.

And now that my team is winning case after case holding special interests accountable, they’re more determined than ever to defeat me.
