I know I've haven't emailed in awhile, but I needed to break my silence. This week Derek Chauvin was finally convicted on all accounts. The trial marks an important part in American history and the history of injustice towards black Americans. While the fight for racial justice in this country is far from over its a fight I'm committed to help win, but one I can't win without your help.Today I ask that you donate to the NAACP to fund progress on racial justice across Pennsylvania and the country.
In Harrisburg, my fellow democratic colleagues and I remain dedicated to stopping the racist voter suppression laws introduced this year that restrict ballot access. The Republican voter suppression laws will not pass.
To enact reforms Pennsylvanians' need like racial justice, well-funded education, common sense gun legislation, stronger environmental protections, and finally raising our minimum wage we must to flip the state legislature this cycle. To help Pennsylvania Democrats and me in 2022 donate here.
