Hi —

Pennsylvania's municipal and judicial elections are coming up fast, with an important primary on May 18 (less than a month away!) that includes big decisions like proposed amendments to the Pennsylvania state constitution.

That’s why I wanted to send you an important reminder today to sign up to receive your mail-in ballot.

Last November, voting by mail enabled over 2.6 MILLION Pennsylvanians to cast their ballots safely and securely from home. If you’re one of those folks who plans to vote by mail again this year, you need to sign up again, even if you signed up for the “permanent” vote-by-mail list.

Voting by mail is secure, safe, and convenient — and it removes barriers to voting for many seniors, working families, and people with disabilities who aren’t able to vote in person. It only takes a few minutes to sign up to get your mail-in ballots for both 2021 elections, and your county will keep you updated as your ballots are processed, printed, mailed to you, and returned.

The deadline to sign up to vote by mail is May 11, 2021, but you should do it as soon as possible to make sure you have time to get your ballot, fill it out, and return it back in time. And if you’re signing up online, just make sure you’re registered to vote beforehand and have either your PA driver’s license number or social security number handy.

Request your mail-in ballot TODAY before it’s too late >>

And if you’ve already signed up to get a mail-in ballot, that’s great! Please forward this email to three friends to let them know about voting by mail, and remember to send back your ballot as soon as you can after you receive it.

Happy Earth Week, and thanks for all you do.
