John,
We’ve all heard about the undemocratic voter suppression bill in Georgia … but that’s not the only state where Republicans are trying to stop Latinx communities from voting.
They’re also trying to silence our voices in Texas and Arizona.

In Georgia, the GOP-controlled legislature has criminalized handing out bottles of water to voters waiting in line at polling places.
In Arizona, state-level Republicans are trying to make it harder for folks to vote by mail.
And in Texas, the GOP is trying to restrict polling places and prohibit 24-hour voting (which helps shift workers find time to cast their ballot).
But we won’t let the Republicans suppress our vote. We won’t go quietly into the night …
OUR PLAN OF ACTION
GEORGIA:
Over 95,000 Latinxs are currently unregistered but eligible to vote
In 2020 and 2021, we registered about 30,000 and mobilized 100,000

Make no mistake about it: Each of these undemocratic voter suppression laws is aimed squarely at silencing the voices of Black and Latinx voters.
We must fight back.
Are you with us, friend?
