Fellow Conservative,

The science is clear: school closures are hurting our
students.

Multiple studies from all over the world have shown that
school closures have had a negative effect on our youth. A recent
survey from UCLA concluded that parents believe their children have
been “substantially hurt” by the school closures.

Overall satisfaction
with public schools in California is at historic lows, and Gavin Newsom
still won’t call for schools to reopen full time!

We have over a
year of data now. We KNOW that kids are at very low risk of spreading
the virus, and that schools CAN be safely opened. They’re doing it in
other states, and even in private schools right here in California.
It’s time to stop putting our public-school families at a disadvantage,
and get ALL of our kids back into the classroom.

Kevin is going to
bat for our kids and families, and fighting hard to make sure our
schools open.

How much further do our kids need to fall behind
before we demand change? Stand with Kevin and demand that our schools
do what they’re supposed to do once again: Serve our kids, families,
and communities.

Thanks for your support,
John Burke,
Communications Director
