This new research from our partners Media Matters and Change Research is SCARY, John -- and it shows why our Latino Anti-Disinformation project is so damn important:

➞ A majority of Latinos who were polled said they either will not take the COVID vaccine or are unsure about the vaccine.

➞ Nearly 40% of those folks have seen disinformation claiming the vaccine is not safe or not effective , mostly on Facebook.

Disinformation is literally killing people. We have a plan to study what’s happening and combat it. Will you help?

COVID has hit the Latino community hard. Nearly 40,000 of us have died from it, a rate three times higher than for white people . And we're dying at younger ages. Young men are especially at risk, which is terrifying to me personally.

Now a solution is right in front of us -- the vaccine -- but a lot of people won't even take it! We have to do something about this disconnect.

I'm so proud that Voto Latino is partnering with Media Matters on the Latino Anti-Disinformation Lab to research the disinformation and misinformation targeted at Latinos and protect our community from it. But reaching as many people as we need to is going to take resources, so we really need all the help you can give. Can you pitch in, please?
