Earth Day is a reminder that elections matter, friends, especially when it comes to combating climate change.
Defeating Donald Trump allowed us to reenter the Paris climate accord… but it’s not enough.
Flipping the Senate has finally put investments in green infrastructure on the Senate’s agenda for the first time in years. Now is the time to act, and when better than Earth Day to recommit to the fight against climate change?
If you support bigger and bolder action on climate change, sign Mark Warner’s petition and join Mark in demanding action on climate change.
Last year, Mark passed the Great American Outdoors Act — which was the largest investment in conservation, national parks, and public lands in a generation. Mark was able to do this even with Donald Trump in the White House, but the Senator knows we need to do more to protect our environment.
With Joe Biden in the White House and Democratic majorities in the House and Senate, now is the time to do the hard work of pursuing climate justice and protecting our planet for future generations. We can take meaningful strides toward stopping climate change, but only if we do it together.
Add your name to the petition. Join the rising call for bigger, bolder climate action.
Thank you,
Policy Team, Mark Warner for Virginia
