The gun grabbers are running wild in 2021, on
both sides of the aisle.

I'm growing more and more concerned the
white-hot fight over gun control in Congress last year was merely
side-tracked by impeachment and the elections.

And now with control of both houses of
Congress and the White House, the really troubling part is the
anti-gun statists may hold a strategic advantage to renew their
all-out assault on our Second Amendment freedoms in Congress.

You see, the gun grabbers know that with news
headlines of shootings, now is their time to strike on gun
control.

Without your immediate action, it looks like
they'll be right and you and I will see the Second Amendment
eviscerated.

So I'm counting on patriots like you to step
up and stop them.

But if the radical left's gun bills weren't
bad enough, now the other side of the aisle is reviving one of
their most dangerous "compromises" ever proposed with Red Flag
gun confiscation legislation in Senator Marco Rubio's (R-FL)
S.292.

They'll call it a "bipartisan solution,"
because gun grabbers from both sides are conspiring to attack the
rights of law-abiding gun owners.

And S.292 will be used to bribe YOUR state
with federal cash to pass these laws through the state
legislature.

You see, this bill, like many others to come
out of Congress, provides millions of dollars in "grants" to
states to implement gun confiscation schemes in the name of
public safety. The states are too often afraid to turn down
"free" money, so they take it.

Rubio is the lead sponsor of S. 292, with
early cosponsors of the bill including Senators Rick Scott
(R-FL), Angus King (I-ME), and Jack Reed (D-RI), making S. 292 a
bi-partisan threat.

I'm worried this bill has a good chance to
pass and end up on President Biden's desk, especially since the
president called for this very legislation in a recent executive
order.

With the media constantly harping on the
latest tragedy involving a criminal using a gun to kill innocent
people, you can bet there's already a plan for the next big
propaganda campaign to rope in more cosponsors and a hearing on
S.292.

It's just a matter of time before they
exploit a tragic situation to ram this bill through.

Frankly, this is disgusting and needs to be
stopped immediately.

Marco Rubio's Red Flag bill is a dangerous
attack on the Second Amendment and a massive betrayal of
liberty-loving Americans across the country.

S.292 would put law-abiding gun owners,
who've merely been accused of a crime, in the position to have
their home raided and guns seized by law enforcement with no
warning!

Who would want to put a civilian or law
enforcement officer in that position?

This is yet another attempt by D.C. gun
grabbers to manipulate states into selling out their citizens and
the Bill of Rights.

Senators Rubio and Rick Scott aren't the only
Republicans willing to sell out the Second Amendment for cheap
political points with the press and the gun rights compromise
lobby -- that's what makes this bill the biggest threat to the
Second Amendment so far this session!

When he introduced the same legislation two
years ago, Senator Lindsey Graham locked arms with Rubio and his
gun confiscation plan, which the left clearly supports.

The anti-gun statists are grinning from ear
to ear now that Rubio has re-introduced it, complete with support
from Democrats and an Independent in the Senate.

Without your help, I'm worried they may just
succeed.

Who else will join Republican turncoats
Rubio, Scott, and Graham in pushing for this bill?

I don't think we ought to wait to find out.

you and I could be steamrolled by this blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL
scheme.

Under so-called "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation
Orders, gun owners could be stripped of their Second Amendment
rights through secret court proceedings where only your accuser
is present!

If a judge is convinced that you're a
"significant danger" to someone, including yourself, your Second
Amendment freedoms could effectively be revoked. And you don't
even get to defend yourself!

You won't be warned ahead of time -- and
could very well mistake these law enforcement officers, like the
SWAT Team, for common thugs who are coming for your life.

Patriot, it happens all the time, but the
media and the gun grabbers remain silent because it doesn't fit
their gun confiscation narrative.

In states with these "Red Flag" laws on the
books, reports of shootouts between law enforcement and gun
owners are becoming commonplace when they could be easily avoided
if we'd just follow our Constitution's Fifth Amendment right to
due process.

I can't comprehend what the anti-gun statists
in BOTH parties don't understand about the words you and I can
plainly read in the Second Amendment's clear and concise
language.

Patriot, what worries me most is that the
temporary stalling of the other gun control bills could pave the
way for this attack on the Second Amendment to become the
"bipartisan solution" that they settle on.

You and I cannot afford any compromises with
the gun grabbers and must oppose this with everything we've got!
