Today is Earth Day and the 5th anniversary of President Obama signing the Paris Climate Agreement, a landmark agreement that established benchmarks to reduce carbon emissions and strengthened the ability of countries to address climate change. Earth Day is an opportunity to reflect on how we can protect our environment, address our climate crisis, fight for our public lands, and preserve our planet for future generations.
