Some believe the Chauvin verdict was influenced by riots and
intimidation. In this essay by Terry Trahan, he explains that's exactly

This is not how our legal system is supposed to work, regardless of my
opinion on Derek Chauvin. Soon, everyone will just get the pitchforks
and go to suspects' houses.
