Assalamu'alaykum John,

COVID-19 presented us with new and unforeseen obstacles, but our work to
protect Muslim-American rights and to set important legal precedents has
continued primarily because of your faithful support.

MLFA, through its work with the Constitutional Law Center for Muslims in
America (CLCMA), has continued to meet deadlines for briefings, appeals,
and other important steps in the legal process to preserve the rights of
individuals and Muslim organizations across the nation.

In the coming weeks and months, we will continue to work hard to protect
your rights and those of your family, friends, and neighbors. As long as
injustices persist, we will persevere to end constitutional injustices,
address inequity driven by the fallacy of guilt-by-association, and
fight to end unwarranted legal scrutiny of nonprofit organizations.
