We have an opportunity with the role of a Crematorium Technician for you to join the team at Wilford Hill (Southern Cemetery ) & Crematorium providing critical services. We are looking for someone who is presentable with good communication skills and the ability to work in a sensitive?service area?including undertaking Cremations, overseeing funeral services, liasing with Funeral Directors and families on a daily basis ensuring high standards of service throughout and working as part of the wider team within the Cemeteries & Crematorium Service.

* To ensure the Crematorium complex and associated services are maintained and delivered to a high standard for bereaved families and citizens, including undertaking Cremation duties and overseeing funeral services

The Pathways to Health and Social Care project is funded by the European Social Fund, and the objective of the project is to encourage more unemployed and economically inactive people into jobs and training within the Health and Social Care sector.
?? The project is due to run until November 2023, and includes partners from various sectors across the D2N2 area.
The PHSCO will work closely with colleagues to provide support around getting local people into work, as well as linking in with the Project Manager within the Jobs Hub and Lead Providers to identify vacancies and opportunities across Nottingham City that may be suitable. They will also link in with training providers (internal and external) and provide support and guidance around the application and interview process, to increase success rates for the project.
The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of general recruitment practice and procedures, ideally within the Health and Social Care sector. The role will involve a lot of direct contact with citizens and professional partners to support both applicants and prospective employers, so high level communications skills are a must. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, creative and inclusive individual, to join the Special Educational Needs & Disability Support Service Administrative Team at Nottingham City Council, as a Business Administrative Officer. This is a part-time 0.6 Grade D post. ? ? ?

The right individual will join a team that provides administrative support to six specialist SEN Support Teams, with a particular responsibility for the Early Years SEND Team and the Educational Psychologists Service, who put inclusion and access at the heart of all they do. ? ? ?

Nottingham City Council is looking for Public Realm Operatives to collect household waste bins.? This will primarily be garden waste but also recycling and residual bins when required.? Operatives could provide a range of gardening, refuse, recycling, grounds maintenance and cleansing duties throughout the City.? To operatate flexibly across a range of frontline services depending on the service needs.? We operate a full garden waste collection service between April and September.? These collections are then reduced by 50% over October and November.
