McDonalds, other CEO's tell investors $15 minimum wage won't hurt businessWe’re working to elect progressives who will fight for living wages. Can you chip in today?

Since 2009, the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour hasn't been increased, despite inflation and increased costs of living.

Even companies like McDonalds are saying $15 an hour is not a big deal.

Numerous executives have admitted that a staggered minimum wage increase would not hurt their business, yet corporate lobbying groups are still pushing back.

The Economic Policy Institute found that $15 an hour in 2024 equates to about $12.98 in today’s dollars. As of right now, there’s not a single county in America where even an individual can have a secure standard of living working full-time, year-round at $12.98 per hour.

We’re fighting for a fair, livable wage for everyone, no matter where they live. Can you chip in today?
