I’ve been connecting with voters statewide and I can see the impact our first TV ad is making. “Grandmother” tells the story of why I decided to run. We have to give a voice to the voiceless and stand up for the people that have been ignored, neglected, and left behind for far too long.

We’re already seeing that the ad is resonating with voters and it’s proving what the polling shows: when more people hear my story, they support my candidacy.

But I need your help. I want to expand our buy so that we can reach even more voters in key areas. However, I still have a budget gap of about $4,000 standing in the way.

Jennifer Carroll Foy was born and raised in Petersburg. In 2017, she flipped a Republican district as a first-time candidate pregnant with twins. During her time as Delegate, Jennifer championed the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, helped expand Medicaid to 400,000 Virginians, and advocated for the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable communities.

She has a career of public service and it started long before 2017. As a public defender, Jennifer helped give a voice to the often voiceless — children, people suffering from addiction, those experiencing homelessness, those with mental illness, and the poor.
