President Biden declared: “Parts of our country are backsliding into the days of Jim Crow, passing laws that harken back to the era of poll taxes.”

A tidal wave of voter suppression bills is cascading across the country, with 45 state legislatures having introduced bills attacking the right to vote. From banning handing water to voters in line in Georgia to Florida's attempted cut down of mail-in ballots, the GOP is hard at work keeping all of us from the ballot box, especially voters of color.
