Did you hear Tucker Carlson told his Fox News audience that “voters from the third world” are “trying to replace the current electorate?” Carlson is invoking the great replacement theory -- that Democrats are purposefully increasing immigration to replace the white majority.

On January 6, we saw hundreds of armed insurrectionists attempt to take over the Capitol because of that fear. Tucker Carlson's vitriol added fuel to the fire, and five lives were lost as a result.

It is time to say once and for all: Xenophobic violence has no place in America. It's on us to keep violent anti-immigrant Republicans from office and elect compassionate Democrats instead. We're hard at work building a Congress that welcomes everyone rather than inciting white supremacist violence.

But, the Fox News-loving GOP won't back down. From Tucker Carlson to the Senate floor, Republicans continue to mercilessly attack communities of color.

The GOP is building momentum for a midterm election season packed with white supremacists like Marjorie Taylor Greene.
