The Green New Deal will deliver a brighter, more sustainable future for our communities, and fight back against the racism embedded into our neighborhoods, our air, and our environment. Passing this will be a crucial first step in investing in our communities and infrastructure to combat centuries of environmental racism.
As Sen. Markey said, the age of incrementalism is over, John. We must work and organize to deliver on this promise of a green, sustainable future.
