John,

There is an unimaginable moral and humanitarian crisis for children at the border.

President Biden refuses to even acknowledge it, and his policies are making it worse.

Thousands of children are being illegally trafficked across the U.S. border – we’ve even seen toddlers thrown over the border wall. The number of unaccompanied minors has already more than tripled this year. Thousands of kids are being held.

Worse yet, human traffickers are making a horrifically disturbing $14 million dollars A DAY.

This is a clear and present danger, a moral and humanitarian crisis, impacting thousands of helpless children. Something must be done.

Yet, President Biden’s policies have created this humanitarian nightmare for children.

Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants are flooding our borders, enriching human traffickers, and endangering our national security. This is a complete return to the disastrous border failures of the Obama-Biden Administration. And now that President Biden has put Vice President Kamala Harris in charge, it’s only getting WORSE.

At the ACLJ, we helped defeat President Obama’s unconstitutional power grab on immigration at the Supreme Court, and we’re ready to do it again. We’ve just filed records demands of the Biden Administration – the first step toward a lawsuit – and their deadline to respond is looming. We must end this humanitarian crisis at the border.

We cannot allow human traffickers to prey on helpless children. But we need you.
