Dear Patriot,

In the fog of all the wild attempts by
Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) House and the Biden administration
to destroy the Second Amendment, the U.S. Senate may soon push
forward a so-called "Red Flag" gun confiscation bill.

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) is the lead
sponsor of S. 292, which incentivizes states to pass Red Flag gun
confiscation legislation in exchange for federal cash. Early
cosponsors of the bill include Senators Rick Scott (R-FL), Angus
King (I-ME), and Jack Reed (D-RI), making S. 292 a bi-partisan
threat.

I'm worried this bill has a good chance to
pass and end up on President Biden's desk, especially since the
president called for this very legislation in a recent executive
order.

Marco Rubio's Red Flag bill is a dangerous
attack on the Second Amendment and a massive betrayal of
liberty-loving Americans across the country.

S.292 would put law-abiding gun owners in the
position to have their home raided and guns seized by law
enforcement with no warning and no crime committed.

Who would want to put a civilian or law
enforcement officer in that position?

Worse yet, S.292 gives major cash incentives
to states who implement these dangerous laws.

This is yet another attempt by D.C. gun
grabbers to manipulate states into selling out their citizens and
the Bill of Rights.

Frankly, this is disgusting and needs to be
stopped immediately.

Senator Rubio isn't the only Republican
willing to sell out the Second Amendment for cheap political
points with the press and the gun rights compromise lobby --
that's what makes this bill the biggest threat to the Second
Amendment so far this session!

When he introduced the same legislation two
years ago, Sen. Lindsey Graham locked arms with Rubio and his gun
confiscation plan, which the left clearly supports.

"I really can't see a reason we can't pursue
this . . . we can make a stew here that works!" -Sen Lindsey

The anti-gun statists are grinning from ear
to ear now that Rubio has re-introduced it, complete with support
from Democrats and an Independent in the Senate.

Without your help, I'm worried they may just
succeed.

I expect more of the same from Senator
Graham, a proven turncoat on the Second Amendment who thinks a
gun control "deal" is perfectly okay if ALL it does is allow
government goons to ignore due process and seize the guns of
Americans who've committed no crime whatsoever.

But who else will join him in pushing for
this bill?

I don't think we ought to wait to find out.

you and I could be steamrolled by this blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL
scheme.

Under so-called "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation
Orders, gun owners could be stripped of their Second Amendment
rights through secret court proceedings where only your accuser
is present!

If a judge is convinced that you're a
"significant danger" to someone, including yourself, your Second
Amendment freedoms could effectively be revoked. And you don't
even get to defend yourself!

It doesn't strain the imagination to see how
such a policy would invite abuse . . .

A jilted former lover who lies to a judge out
of spite -- or a coworker who doesn't like a political post you
made on social media -- could be all that's necessary to bring a
heavily-armed SWAT team bursting through your door.

You won't be warned ahead of time -- and
could very well mistake these "legal" intruders for common thugs
who are coming for your life.

I can't comprehend what the anti-gun statists
in BOTH parties don't understand about the words you and I can
plainly read in the Second Amendment's clear and concise
language.

Patriot, what worries me most is that the
temporary stalling of the other gun control bills could pave the
way for this attack on the Second Amendment to become the
"bipartisan solution" that they settle on.

You and I cannot afford any compromises with
the gun grabbers and must oppose this with everything we've got!

The ONLY way to stop a bloodthirsty madman
with a gun is if good people are armed and ready to fight back.

Without an outpouring of opposition from
liberty-minded citizens like you, I'm worried a "Red Flag"
disaster is in store.

Needless to say, the very public bipartisan
rush to so-called "Red Flag" schemes you and I are seeing right
now is bad enough.

When a "deal" is struck over bad legislation,
you and I often don't have a lick of time to react.

Just think back to the bank bailouts during
the last financial crisis or the so-called "PATRIOT" Act.
