Provisions that would protect women's sports and make school choice a reality for thousands of Minnesota kids have been included in the Minnesota Senate Education omnibus bill. This is a big deal. It means that our efforts to get these things on the "front burner" are paying off. It means that Minnesota Senators are listening to people like you, who want girls and women to have a level playing field in athletics, and for kids in communities with poor public schools to be able to explore other options. But this is an uphill fight. These provisions are not included in the Minnesota House Education omnibus bill - so if these provisions are to reach the governor's desk, your state senator needs to hear from you, to ensure that these provisions stay IN the Senate bill!
