In New York City and all across America, marijuana criminalization has been used to systemically target and terrorize communities of color.

Despite having similar usage rates, almost all possession arrests in NYC are of people of color.

The Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act is the most comprehensive and most progressive marijuana reform bill ever introduced in Congress.

It was co-sponsored in the Senate by Vice President Kamala Harris, and is backed by a broad coalition of civil rights, criminal justice, drug policy, and immigration groups.

Now we need GOP leadership to join the overwhelming majority of Americans who want sane marijuana policy.
