Last month, my colleagues in the House and I passed the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act. This legislation will support the rights of workers and will target predatory right-to-work (for less) laws in several states. It was even called “the most significant enhancement of labor rights since the New Deal” by the New York Times. But now we have to make sure the Senate passes this legislation so it becomes law.
