Is it unconscious bias or unconscious by us? Is poor leadership a root cause to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging challenges? How much can policy change influence meaningful change?

Make sure to register for our Small Business Roundtable on April 28 from 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with Chris Armstrong & Vince Brantley, Co-Owners of Veritas Culture

Chris and Vince will talk about these questions and more during our April Small Business Round Table. The answers will both surprise you and help you to focus on solutions and pathways to sustainable change within your organization. Through culture exploration, understanding, and resolution that is root focused and facilitation centric, this roundtable will help you have these conversations at your organization.

Among their multitude of past positions and accomplishments, Chris and Vince are both former Culture Executives for large federal agencies. Over the past 9 years, their combined culture facilitation and assessment experience has amounted to over 5,000 culture sessions across more than 190 federal and private industry spaces. This includes the 2017 Charlottesville protests, the Pulse Nightclub shooting, the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd, and several other high-profile culture challenges.
