Hi John,

Earlier today, Senator Manchin announced his support of the PRO Act. Now only three Democratic senators and the racist filibuster stand in the way of the fight for worker power and Good Jobs for All.

Sign the petition to tell Senators Kelly, Sinema, and Warner to pass the PRO Act NOW. [[link removed]]

We can’t afford to wait much longer. Amazon’s heavy-handed and aggressive union-busting campaign in the Bessemer, Alabama NLRB election two weeks ago showed us just how broken U.S. labor laws are. Some of what they did was very likely illegal, but much of it was not — current labor laws allow employers to torment their employees if they give the slightest hint of wanting to unionize. Passing the PRO Act would change this.

If passed, the PRO Act will:

*
Increase
penalties
for
illegal
intimidation,
retaliation
and
other
union-busting
by
companies
like
Amazon
*
Make
it
easier
for
more
workers
to
form
or
join
unions
*
Repeal
racist
“right
to
work”
laws

If Biden and Congress are serious about protecting workers’ rights and ensuring that everyone has access to a Good Job, they’ll follow through on their promises and do everything in their power to pass the PRO Act immediately. The PRO Act has passed the House. Tell Senators Kelly, Sinema, Warner: It’s time to do everything in your power to pass the PRO Act NOW. [[link removed]]
